The Deep Dive
I go under the hood. Systems, processes, people, numbers. I find the real problems — not the symptoms you’ve been treating. This is thorough, fast, and uncomfortable in the best way.
The Plan + Execution
You get a clear, prioritized action plan. Then — and this is where most consultants disappear — I help you execute it. I build systems, train teams, and make changes stick.
The Follow-Through
I don’t vanish after the invoice. Every engagement includes follow-up support to make sure the changes hold. If something isn’t working, we adjust. I stay until the job is done.

Performance-Based
For qualifying engagements, I tie my compensation to your results. If I don’t deliver, you don’t pay. Best for: high-stakes growth initiatives and turnarounds.
